How the Referral Arrangement Works

• You introduce the creditor and the basic facts of the debt.
• We assess the file and tell you both, honestly, whether it is worth pursuing.
• The creditor signs directly with us, on written terms they see in advance.
• You receive a referral fee on recovered amounts, agreed in writing beforehand.
• You get status updates at each stage so you are never the last to know.
• No exclusivity and no minimum volume is required.

What We Ask of Referral Partners

We ask three things. That the debt is genuine and lawfully due, and that the creditor is entitled to share the documents and any personal data they contain with us. That the introduction is made openly, with the creditor knowing a referral fee may be payable.

And that no collection contact is made before we have a signed engagement, because premature or improperly worded pressure on a debtor can breach UAE law and damage the claim. Referral fees relate to our commercial collection services; advocates’ professional fees are charged in accordance with UAE law and are not shared.

How is the referral fee calculated?

As an agreed percentage of what we actually collect, paid after the funds clear. The percentage is set in writing before your first introduction.
