Use this page to contact UAE Debt Collection about an overdue account, a disputed invoice or a legal matter in the United Arab Emirates. Tell us the amount, the type of debt and roughly when it fell due, and we will come back with a view on the likely route, the documents we need and what it should cost — before you commit to anything.
What to Tell Us in Your First Message
- The amount outstanding and the currency it is owed in.
- What the debt is for: goods supplied, services rendered, a loan, rent, a bounced cheque or a judgment already obtained.
- When it fell due and the date of the last payment or last written acknowledgement.
- The debtor’s full legal name, emirate or country, and whether it is a company or an individual.
- Whether the debtor disputes the amount, and on what basis.
- Whether you already hold a cheque, a signed acknowledgement, a court judgment or a settlement agreement.
What Happens After You Contact Us
A member of our team reads every enquiry and replies with an honest assessment rather than a sales pitch. We check three things first: whether the paperwork is strong enough to support a claim, whether a limitation period is close to expiring, and whether the debtor realistically has anything to pay with. If the likely cost of recovery exceeds what can be collected, we say so.
Where the matter needs pleadings or a court appearance, it is handled by advocates licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice. Nothing you send creates an advocate–client relationship until we have completed conflict checks and signed a written engagement.
Documents That Speed Things Up
- The contract, purchase order or written agreement.
- Unpaid invoices and a signed statement of account.
- Delivery notes or proof that the service was performed.
- Correspondence in which the debtor acknowledges the debt.
- Returned cheques and the bank’s return advice.
- Your trade licence and authorised-signatory details.
Common Questions Before You Get in Touch
Is the first assessment free?
Yes. We review your summary and the key documents and give you a view on route, timeline and cost at no charge. Fees are only agreed in writing before any work begins.
Will you contact my debtor immediately?
No. Nothing goes out until you have approved the approach in writing. Premature or badly worded contact can damage a claim and, in the UAE, improper pressure on a debtor can create liability for the creditor.
Do you handle debts outside the UAE?
Yes, through correspondent partners in the debtor’s jurisdiction. Tell us where the debtor and its assets are and we will tell you which route is realistic.
