Submit Your Claim

This claim submission page is where you hand a matter to us formally. The form gathers the facts and figures we need to open a file; the notes below explain what each part is for, what we do with it, and how quickly you can expect to hear back.

What the Claim Submission Form Captures

  • Creditor details: your legal name, trade licence and the person authorised to instruct us.
  • Debtor details: full legal name, emirate or country, licence or ID number if known, and contact details.
  • The claim: principal amount, currency, invoice numbers, due dates and any part payments.
  • Security: cheques held, guarantees, retention of title, or a judgment already in hand.
  • Status: whether the debt is admitted, disputed, or already before a court.
  • Your objective: full recovery, a negotiated settlement, or a payment schedule.

How We Assess a Submitted Claim

Every submitted claim is checked for three things before we quote. First, evidence: can the amount be proved from the contract, invoices, statement of account and delivery records? Second, timing: is any limitation period close to running out, and are there short claim windows — as there are in transport and insurance matters — that must be protected immediately?

Third, recoverability: does the debtor have a live trade licence, a traceable address and assets that could be attached? Only after those checks do we recommend a route, whether that is an amicable demand, a settlement, a court claim, or a direct execution application where you hold a dishonoured cheque.

Attach These With Your Submission

  • Contract, purchase order or agreed terms of trade.
  • All unpaid invoices and a signed statement of account.
  • Delivery notes, timesheets or completion certificates.
  • Returned cheques and the bank return advice.
  • Emails or messages showing the debtor accepting the debt.
  • Trade licence, and a power of attorney if you want us to act formally.
